Project start
To start with, each project has to have a sound legal basis. Two contracts are established between the Lead Partner (LP), the partners and the Managing Authority (MA) of the programme:
- the Partnership Agreement is signed between the project partners and the Lead Partner;
- the Subsidy Contract is signed between the LP and the MA.
The official start of the project is marked by the signature of these contracts as well as by the project’s kick-off meeting which gathers the project participants, the observers and the programme bodies.
