Communication

WP responsible partner: Dislivelli Association 

During the whole project, this WP will involve target groups with different approaches, ensuring transferability and durability of project results.
General communication tasks (media work, events, cultural initiatives, visual and digital tools) are part of WP C. Journalistsbloggers and media relations experts who are locally rooted, have a relevant large communication network and provide communication expertise will be involved to generate innovative communication activities (in local languages). In addition, all other WPs include specific communication activities to contribute achieving each WPs specific objectives. Communication is targeted to two stakeholders levels:
  • international and national (communication products in E and/or in Alpine languages);
  • local and regional (communication customized products).
Through our large observer network results will be spread and made available for a whole range of stakeholders to include them into their policy framework.
 
Activities
  • Start-up activities including communication
A detailed communication strategy will be elaborated at the project start to provide a framework for all communication activities throughout the whole project, so that all target groups can be reached with the optimal tools at the right moment. In addition, the WP 6-leader will give guidance to all partners when implementing their communication activities. 
  • Publication(s) 
Newsletter in E for international target groups (esp. observers). Individual newsletters in local languages for stakeholders in Pilot Areas. Media work takes place at least at project start and end. 
  • Digital activities 
All partners communicate through their own diverse existing online channels. The project website on Alpine Space Platform (regularly updated), external digital medias of AlpFoodway Project Partners and a strong social media presence are the basis for communication activities throughout the project. The website will contain also links to other digital contents developed by AlpFoodway.
  • Public Event(s) 
AlpFoodway will be communicated through different public events with different target groups in order to reach a wide public. Public Mid-Term Conference in Innsbruck (AT) Alpine Media Trip and different regional media events will provide broad international media coverage on AlpFoodway. Academic Project Partners will disseminate the project findings participating to important international conferences and congresses. Final Conference will present project results in the framework of the International AlpFoodway Forum in Milan (IT). 
  • Promotional activities 

For promotion and visibility at public events, posters and flyers are produced in different languages with customised versions.
