e-Mobility Transnational strategy fon an Interoperable Community and Networking in the Alpine Space.

OBSERVERS

1. Government of Carinthia – Department 7 – Economy, Tourism, Infrastructure and Mobility

Support/assistance with permits in public spaces and connect e-mobility sharing system with the public transport outside of Klagenfurt

2. Republic of Slovenia, Ministry of Infrastructure

The result of the project will be used as an input to the National Strategy on alternative fuels development in the Republic of Slovenia which is under the preparation. Ministry will provide PPs with the national objectives and activities and help to coordinate national and regional plans in this field.

3. Municipality of Tolmin

Municipality is responsible for mobility and energy planning process on the local level. Results of the project will foster an integrated approach to e-mobility, planning and operating of existing and future E-CS. The results will be used as input to spatial, mobility and energy planning and will support the further development of e-mobility. E-mobility is one of the pillars in Tolmin as Alpine Town of the Year, important for sustainable development of the area.

4. Municipality of Idrija

Municipality of Idrija is one of the signatory cities of the new Convenant of Mayors and endorse the 2030 objectives for a minimum 40% CO2 reduction. A Holistic Strategy for Traffic Management with focus on promoting sustainable mobility is preparing. Through municipality runs an important traffic corridor Ljubljana (SI)–Cividale (IT), so called Keltika. It connects several municipalities in the region. The role of Municipality is to include promotion of usage of e-vehicles to the Traffic Strategy.

5. Municipality Jesenice

To contribute to the project implementation by delivering strategic substantive inputs for policy creation and operational instruments, gain knowledge; establish national/regional/local dialogue on the subject and participation on organized events. Being a part of a dialogue on the regional and national level, addressing the local needs by gaining knowledge and outputs from transnational experience also from pilot actions to form operational instruments for the e-mobility infrastructure and services.

6. Municipality Radovljica

7. SYDED, mixed Sindicat of Doubs energy

SYDED groups about 575 municipalities of Departement du DOubs and among other roles is in charge of electricity distribution and assistance for renewable energies. it will install 45 charging spots in 2017 and wants to include them in a larger scheme. Installed charging spots can open the way to new uses related to vehicles (energy stirage, load shedding, mobility services...). SYDED can analyze projects and pave the way to the corresponding products with other communities installing these devices.

8. ADEME

To promote e vehicles, clean vehicles and low emissions vehicles. ADEME is supporting policies and projects about alternative to cars and fossil fuels

9. CITELEC

The observer institution is interested in the project to promote e vehicles CITELEC aims to promote e vehicles solution and to support public bodies in their project of charging spots.

10. Enedis

ENEDIS is interested to work about smart grids, increase ECS and support public bodies in their projects, to promote e vehicles and planning of charging spots

11. The mobility Factory FDM

The observer institution is interested in the project To promote e vehicles and create links between industries, public bodies and citizens. FDM is an acceleration program for transportation & mobility projects. It is first EU accelerator dedicated to the mutating ecosystem of transportation & mobility. FDM is for startups, industrial projects and territories developing new mobility solutions.

12. La Poste

The observer institution is interested in the project is to promote e vehicles and new connected charging spots. La Poste keeps one of the biggest fleet of electric vehicles in France and is directly interested to new mobility solutions and interoperability between charging spots.

13. Administrative district of Berchtesgadener Land

E-Mobility plays an important role in the local energy action plan, which was issued by the local government in 2013. The results and benefits of the project will be included in the local strategy and actions to strengthen e-mobility in the region.

14. Administrative district of Traunstein

E-Mobility plays an important role in the political strategy of the region. On main action is to develop this topic in discussion within the Climate and Energy-Conference of the district Traunstein. The results and benefits of the project will be included in the local strategy and actions to strengthen e-mobility in the region.

15. Office of Energy and transport of Grisons OBS

General interest to gather information for future development of the sector and strengthen the territorial coverage of the partnership. Region has been preparing a master plan traffic 2030 and feels that the development of the technology may not be adequately covered in it. Therefore any information of a possible amendment is requested.

16. State Agency for Electric Mobility and Fuel Cell technology Baden-Wuttemberg e-mobil BW GmbH

Report the complete results:

  • recommendations from the e-MOTICON strategy into Baden Wurttemberg policies and activities.
  • To receive updated information on the actual development of e-mobility and electric charging stations;
  • Learn best practices around installing charging spots and related business models
  • exchange information with other regions in Europe

 

17. Bavarian Ministery of Education, Culture, Science and Arts

Referat 62 – vehicle industry & electro-mobility is a political leader in the sector in southeast Germany and as such interested in information that is relevant to the future development of the sector in the region. They have initiated own strategies. Needs to be informed such that coordination between various measures can be optimized and developments with lighthouse character will be recognized in an early stage. Will take appropriate results and output elements for stratetic decisions without further notice

18. Arosa Tourism

Arosa is interested in this project, which supports a sustainable development of alpine destinations. Arosa will focus on e-Mobility in the forthcoming years, and is therefore interested in learning from the experiences - and also sharing own experiences participate to disseminating activities and workshops with all the stakeholders - To gain more information and know-how about e-Mobility through the project-participants, which can be used for e-Mobility-projects in the destination Arosa.

19. Solerworks.ch Sustainable Development for Mountain Regions

Reto solero is expert in sustainable development of mountain regions. It is specialized in touristic valorization of nature, culture & sustainable mobility. Experience as manager of CIPRA Switz. (2001/ 2009), president of CIPRA Switz. 201-2016. as manager of Multiplication of knowledge from and for sustainable mobility projects in the Swiss Alp: „Soft mobility in Alpine destinations“, publication and projects. Includes also E-mobility.www.solerworks.ch.

20. Metropolitan City of Turin

Torino has expertise on mobility and transport planning (public and private) and mobility management projects. EMOTICON will be capable to support the development of e-Mobility and is coherent with our local, national and transnational strategies. Torino is involved in the development of the infrastructure national plan for charging electric vehicles and will contribute to the project in the role of a stakeholder interested in the outcomes, and disseminating activities in order to collecting feedback to demonstration activities.

21. Agency for Mobility Environment and Territory

City of Milan is developing its electro-mobility plan, which provides the increase of network of EV charging stations based on interoperability standard for electric vehicles in public locations. AMAT will take advantage of the results of the project and disseminate them in meetings with other cities, roundtable with partners and stakeholders involved in electro-mobility.

22. Ministry of Economic Development

MISE regulates energy efficiency at national level, and with Ministry of transport, supports the development of an interoperable national network of charging spots, in line with AFID Directive application. MISE will have benefits in E-MOTICON networking activity, in terms of opportunity to share and understand the orientation of neighboring nations. In fact many Ministry coming from different country are observer in the project.

23. Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport MIT

e-MOTICON is in line with Italian national policies for the alternative fuel-based mobility program (PNIRE). The action foreseen by e-MOTICON will represent a major contribution to the Italian Strategy for the Alternative Fuel-Based mobility. The MIT will benefit from the E-MOTICON’s networking activity, in terms of opportunity to share and understand the neighboring  nations’ stance. In fact, many Ministries from different countries are already involved as observers in the project.

24. Swiss Capital Region

E-mobility is one of two projects of our key theme “Smart Capital Region”. Our members are alpine, urban regions and cities. Our challenge is the implementation of e-mobility in a polycentric region with different Public administrations and stakeholders. We can implement our experience of our current project e-mobility. Especially we are about to investigate the institutional and planning challenges with e-mobility.

25. Regional Council Auvergne Rhône-Alpes

The regional council is involved in developing low carbon mobility strategies, especially combining with better air quality. Representatives from the regional council will be invited in regional level discussions and presentations about project results.

26. SDE07

SDE07 is a publicly owned company providing energy services to local authorities in Ardèche. It is already involved in e vehicles activities and wants to strengthen its knowledge. To promote e vehicles and new ECS SDE07 is interested to work about smart grids, increase ECS and support public bodies in their projects.

27. SYANE

SYANE is a publicly owned company providing energy services to local authorities in Haute Savoie. It is already involved in e vehicles activities and wants to strengthen its knowledge. To promote e vehicles and new ECS SYANE is interested to work about smart grids, increase ECS and support public bodies in their projects.

28. Chamber of Trade and Crafts for Munich and Upper Bavaria

e-Mobility is an important issues for SMEs which produce E-CS components and that have fleets. The institution is interested in exchange of knowledge for SMEs interested in field of e-mobility, charging infrastructure, roaming and billing-systems. Institution supports SMEs and participates in projects for E-Mobility market introduction and integration of e-fleets in decentralized energy-systems. Project results will be communicated to SMEs network to support their implementation in daily practice.

29. Chamber of Commerce for Munich and Upper Bavaria

E-Mobility plays an important role in the local energy action plan, which was issued by the local government in 2013 The results and benefits of the project will be promoted to the chamber members to support their strategies and actions to strengthen e-mobility in the region

30. Federal Ministery of Traffic and Infrastructure

Understand efforts to establish networks among regional & local  governments to support e-vehicles market development. Extend knowledge & develop strategies for E-CS build-up in the region. Facilitate development projects for e-vehicle fleets & infrastructure. BMVI sees its role as a discussion and dissemination partner for project plans, interim finding and results. BMVI is also eager to serve as a reference organization to provide suggestions, advise and review the project progress from a national perspective.

31. Public utility comapany of the City of St. Gallen

We as a local and regional utility company are in the process of setting up an e-mobility infrastructure and would like to learn from other comparable approaches to contribute to the project in the role of a stakeholder interested in the outcomes of the project. To participate in workshop with other stakeholders, aiming at collecting feedback to demonstration activities.

32. The Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC).

Head of R&D program e-grids: net integration of e-Mobility, intelligent charging, localization of recharging infrastructure considering grid issues, stationary batteries for buffering. Have an eye on actual development in the sector; learn best practices around installing recharging infrastructure and related business models.

33. Federal Ministry for Transport, Innovation and Technology

Bmvit is responsible for the implementation plan electro-mobility in and from Austria, moreover it is a task of the bmvit to integrate the guideline 2014/94 EU for alternative fuels (and e-mobility) in national legislation. The exchange of experience in the project will support the observing partner bmvit to fulfill the mentioned tasks. E-mobility in AS is advantageous because of a high share of electricity from renewable sources and the avoidance of pollutant emissions.

34. Municipality of Ormont-Dessus

Ormont-Dessus is interested in this project, which supports a sustainable development of alpine destinations. participate to disseminating activities and workshops with all the stakeholders - To gain more information and know-how about e-Mobility through the project-participants, which can be used for e-Mobility-projects in the destination of Les Diablerets / Ormont-Dessus

35. Regional council of Bourgogne Franche-Comté

Energetic transition is a very important political subject for the regional council especially Electric mobility. The Region wants build an electric network covering the whole territory. Sharing of existing experiences, discussing with project partners, analysis and comment of project outcomes, consideration and dissemination of results.

36. French committee of the International Commission for the protection of the Alps (CIPRA France)

CIPRA works on transport issues in the Alps and on the reduction of pollution due to transport. It is interested in alternatives to combustion vehicles including electric mobility. 37. Land Salzburg

Land is interested in project, which supports a sustainable development of alpine destinations. It is interested in sharing own experience, learning from the experiences and including experiences in future strategies and policies on regional level. The exchange of experience will support the observing partner Salzburger Land to fulfill the mentioned tasks. E-mobility is advantageous because of high share of electricity from renewable sources & for emissions reduction in ecologically sensible areas

38. Municipality of Termignon

Termignon is interested in this project, which supports a sustainable development of alpine destinations. participate to disseminating activities and workshops with all the stakeholders - To gain more information and know-how about e-Mobility through t he project-participants, which can be used for e-Mobility-projects in the destination of  Termignon

39. Administrative District of Ebersberg / Oberbayern

The county has an overall mobility concept. It intends to setup manifold means of multimodal transport offerings. From e-Moticon we expect to gain insights for the electric mobility planning in the framework of our mobility concept. We would like to be informed about latest findings of the project. We would use e-Moticon events to present our concepts and planning principles and get in contact with colleagues from other regions in the Alpine Space.

40. Innovation Centre for Mobility and Societal Change (InnoZ)

InnoZ is observing, accompanying, and driving the current shift from individual mobility to collective and shared forms of mobility, therefore they will add value to e-MOTICON with networking, cooperation and important role in the mobility sector. InnoZ benefits from mobility transformation and its integration in rural areas thanks to its experience in testing e-mobility solutions with different user groups, evaluating acceptance of new mobility solutions and developing business models.

41. European Academy of Bozen-Bolzano

EURAC will participate in the meetings of the consortium and workshops relevant to the thematic of e-mobility EURAC is carrying out several projects related to regional development of e-Mobility concepts in South Tirol and would like to enlarge this to the level of Alpine Space environment
