Newsletter policy
With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018, e-MOTICON is currently reviewing its data pools and the processing of personal data in order to ensure GDPR compliance.
The information we have about members on our contact list may consist of name, organization, e-mail address and sometimes also phone number.
We use the information to get in touch with you and inform you about activities within the framework of the EU Strategy for e-mobility. This may, among other things, include sending newsletters, informing about upcoming events, or reporting about past ones.
We sometimes share the information we have with other colleagues and organizations that are in some way connected to the work with e-MOTICON project.
At e-MOTICON we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to send you the e-MOTICON newsletter and newsflash according to your consent. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via eMOTICON@regione.lombardia.it in case you have any questions. All newsletter issues include an unsubscribe link.  To unsubscribe at any time if you do not want to receive our newsletter, you can send an e-mail reply simply indicating ''NO thanks '' in the subject, and your e-mail address will be deleted from our mailing list. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and we cordially greet you.
