AlpBioEco Workshop: Potentials in the Value Chain of Walnuts, Waldburg, Germany

 

On Monday, 1 July 2019, the German Friends of the Earth Association "BUND" and the AlpBioEco-Team will hold a workshop in Waldburg (Ravensburg district) to develop, refine and evaluate eco-innovative business models in the value chain of walnuts. With Factory Tour at Vom Fass A.G.!


The workshop focuses on creative ideas and the development of eco-innovative business models. Based on the AlpBioEco analysis of the value chain for walnuts and the developed products, the participants will explore and discuss potential applications.

Travel expenses can be reimbursed in accordance with EU requirements. Catering is provided.

From 15.30 to 17.00 o'clock with explanations on the oil production of Vom Fass AG
