In line with our plan, January to December 2021 was a period devoted to spread and exploit the BE-READI services to the companies through innovative public events. Thanks to the experience gained in the previous months and due to the sanitary emergency, the events were organised totally in remote.
On February 24th we launched our “Digithon“ focused on the Travel industry (more than 200 participants) and,  on April 14th, the one on “Green Mountain” (more than 150 participants). Companies active in these sectors and innovative solutions providers gathered together during these two virtual networking events in order to find suitable matching and partners: more than 150 transnational meetings took place in remote!
We decided also to test the “ideas factory” format valorising our transnational mutual competences. Five partners teamed together to organise a one day event on May 19th with 12 experts who supported companies explaining how to valorise the idea from the creative concept till the commercialisation at international level.
We also continued to raise the debate at policy level to exploit what we are learning with our pilot. On May 11th we launched the third BE-READI Policy Table to discuss with our nine pannelists the topic “How to fund innovative projects in European SMEs?”: the outcomes gathered were published in our dedicated webpage section.
During the period our 14 BE-READI Points proceeded to support the companies of our pilot to develop their second life strategy and to find suitable partners in the area.
After having finalised our accreditation procedure to enlarge our BE-READI network we gladly  welcome four new BE-READI Points (one in Austria and three in Slovenia).
