The practical guide on how to use the AlpLinkBioEco Value Chain Generator for identifying and evaluating new bio-based value chains has been released.
The tool is meant to facilitate the work of clusters and agencies in fostering the matchmaking of actors (companies) for generating new or alternative value chains for bioeconomy applications all across the #Alpine regions and beyond.
The guide, which comprises two documents, gives account of the Methodology, the algorithm that allows the biolink matching, on one side; and shows concrete Example of application, on the other.
The Value Chain Generator tool is developed by Prof. Andreas Fischer and Damien Goetschi at the Institute of Complex Systems (iCoSys) of the School of Engineering and Architecture of Fribourg, member of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland.
