On January 25, 2021, Bibliothèque nationale de France, Musée du quai Branly-Jacques Chirac, Bibliothèque Sorbonne-Université and AFNOR are organizing a webinar on the occasion of the publication of the NF ISO 21110 standard "Preparation and response to emergency situations in libraries, archives and museums”.

Cases from France and abroad will shed light on the issues of emergency preparedness, with practical examples, illustrating the main requirements of the standard and present the measures and techniques implemented in a disaster situation.

Our partner Catholic University of the Sacred Heart - represented by Barbara Caranza, Stefano Oliveri, Marco Pregnolato – has been invited to present the methodologies and experiences developed within the project CHEERS, for the safeguarding of the cultural heritage in the Adige Valley and the city of Trento.

The webinar is free and will be broadcast with simultaneous translation in French and English to facilitate discussion with the speakers.
