Work package T2: Business Innovation Modelling

Work package T2 aims at the development of eco-innovative business models (E-IBM) for the high-potential value chains identified in previous work package. Based on `Oslo Manual's holistic innovation concept┬┤, new E-IBM are co-designed in cross-industry `Open Innovation┬┤ workshops. Small and medium-sized enterprises, clusters, academia and societal actors are involved to accelerate collective learning and value creation. The output entails six detailed blueprints of E-IBM (two for each value chain apples, herbs and walnuts) ready to be implemented and validated in work package T3.
