  • GERMANY– An exchange event on relevant case histories of disaster and losses to Cultural Heritage value

    The Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society organized, on 21th of August 2019 in Neukirchen, a national meeting involving the Stakeholders to tackle the gaps  and the critical issues within the emergency protocol of action.

  • Alpine Cultural Heritage and Natural Hazards: where do we stand?

    This is the title of the first project deliverable. It is intended to frame the state of the art and capitalize on existing knowledge in defining the concept of Alpine cultural heritage, in relation to its environment and the natural hazards it is exposed to in the Alps.

    Our Project Manager Giulia Pesaro will fly to Prague on 27 of June to talk about CHEERS at the Conference of ProteCHt2save.

    Last 12th June, AIT Austrian Institute of Technology held a workshop in Dürnstein with several national stakeholders to discuss about past disaster cases and best practice.

  • SLOVENIA – An exchange event on relevant case histories of disaster and losses to Cultural Heritage value

    The Slovenian Forestry Institute and the Idrija Mercury Heritage Management Centre hosted, on 13th of June 2019 in Ljubljana, a national meeting involving the Observers and the Stakeholders of the Cheers Project.
