Municipalities join efforts for sustainable and concrete energy solutions



    Energy around us is self-evident as long as we have it as long as we can use it. However, when suddenly we face with a power failure, without it, in the present time, we cannot do anything.

  • PEACE_Alps contributes to GRETA Final conference

    The PEACE_Alps project attended the GRETA project final conference on the 7th of November in Lyon. Main activities of the project were presented through the interactive PEACE_Alps handbook.

  • PEACE Alps Conference in Bolzano addresses centralized energy solutions

    The PEACE_Alps International Conference on 11 October 2018 in Castle Mareccio, Bolzano started with excellent presentations and fruitful discussions into the morning session. The focus was on policy recommendations which were elaborated within the project during the last three years. A video message by Ms Elena Visnar Malinovska of the Unit Adaptation to Climate Change at the European Commission in Brussels offered additional valuable input.

  • PEACE_Alps presented at 2nd EUSALP conference

    PEACE_Alps project, award winner as best project for public sector with the EUSEW 2018, presented its final outputs and results in a breakout session during the 2nd EUSALP Conference "Energy Transition in the Alps". The event took place on the 2nd of October 2018 in Innsbruck.

  • PEACE_Alps meets the municipalities that have joined the energy monitoring service

    The 10th of July 2018 the Piemonte Region met some of the municipalities that, in the framework of the PEACE_Alps project, have joined the daily monitoring service of the energy consumption of their public buildings.  This is an quite innovative activity, as since it exploits the new potential provided by electronic gas meters.
