    Outcomes

    • Governance Architecture Paper and Rules of Procedures

Development of an enhanced governance Architecture Paper that will update institutional procedures also through the activation of a working group

    • Monitoring system platform

Online monitoring platform supporting the systematic tracking of Action Groups’ deliverables, outputs and indicators. The platform builds on the monitoring matrix as a reference for data collection and validation by AG Leaders with support from Policy Officers. Primarily designed as an internal decision-support tool, it ensures transparency towards wider audiences through synthesised information feeding Annual Progress Reports and public communication on EUSALP progress and results

    • Number of organisations cooperating with each other and contributing to the multi-level governance of EUSALP

This indicator will assess the extent to which organisations have strengthened their institutional capacity through participation in transnational cooperation activities. Participating organisations will be recorded in a matrix according to their institutional level (national, regional, local), and the number of interactions (meetings, events) will be considered. This approach will provide a clear understanding of how this work package has contributed to enhancing the governance system of EUSALP

    • Collaborative Intranet for EUSALP community

Collaborative intranet providing structured and secure access to EUSALP working documents, coordination materials and strategic resources, supporting information sharing, transparency and engagement among governance bodies, Action Groups and involved institutions

    • Policy recommendations

Document summarising key policy recommendations from the missions/strategic initiatives of the AGs supported by information about targeted policy level & policy gaps
