Description

Residential building renovation, often hindered by technical and societal constraints, requires innovative approaches to mobilise all stakeholders. The New European Bauhaus promotes the development of projects that are more sustainable, inclusive, and aesthetically driven, but their success depends on the engagement of local actors and users, as well as the recognition of this engagement by financial operators. How do different normative frameworks and indicators support the integration of stakeholders’ needs in renovation processes? How can models be developed that are better adapted to the residential sector?

This event, structured around a keynote lecture, a round table, and workshops, offers an opportunity to compare different approaches.
