Joint Secretariat

The JS carries out the day-to-day implementation of the programme. It provides assistance and support to the projects at transnational level and monitors progress made by projects during the implementation phase. It provides as well expertise and assistance to the managing authority, the programme committee and, where appropriate, to the audit authority in carrying out their respective duties. The JS is located in Salzburg and is composed by international staff.

Alexis Truchet

Assessment and monitoring of projects with a focus on projects on climate change adaptation and resilience. Contact person for EUSALP action groups 6 and 8. Contact person for the Alpine Convention working groups on PLANALP, Soil Protection and Mountain Agriculture & Forestry. Responsible for the Joint Electronic Monitoring System (JEMS) of the programme.

Alpine space contact points

Each Partner State has set up a contact point securing a link between the transnational and national/regional level in programme implementation. The Alpine Space Contact Points serve as a first interlocutor for project applicants and partners in the respective country. They assist you in project development and application and can be contacted for any other information in your language!

Managing Authority (MA)

The Partner States have appointed the Land of Salzburg, represented by the Department for economy, tourism and communities, Sub-department regional develoment and EU regional policy  to act as Managing Authority (MA). The MA bears the overall responsibility for managing and implementing the Cooperation Programme and acts as an interface between the European Commission and the participating states and regions.
