🗓️ Save the Date: April 22, AlpTextyles at the event “Wool of the Future – Revival of a Misunderstood Local Raw Material”
We’re pleased to share that AlpTextyles will be part of Wool of the Future – Revival of a Misunderstood Local Raw Material, hosted by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. (You can check all the details here.)
On April 22, our Cassiano Luminati from Polo Poschiavo will present AlpTextyles within a broader conversation on how local wool production can contribute to more sustainable, circular economies in Alpine regions.
The event brings together perspectives from research, design, and regional development to explore how traditional knowledge, local resources, and contemporary practices can unlock new value chains for the future of wool.
This collaborative initiative is organized by the Product & Textile Research Group and the Alpine Futures Lab (HSLU DFK), in partnership with the Alpine Futures Literacy working group at the Urner Institute “Cultures of the Alps” (University of Lucerne).
📩 Registration: magalie.jost@hslu.ch
Looking forward to contributing to this dialogue and exchanging ideas with fellow researchers and practitioners.
