In its role as project partner and WP4 leader in the Alpine Space project X-RISK-CC, the Environment Agency Austria (Umweltbundesamt GmbH) is responsible for preparing two digital publications. Both publications are part of project output O4.1 Two-tier Digital Sourcebook.
The subject of the present procurement are services for the design and layout of two digital publications (further on called ‘publication #1’ and ‘publication #2’) in the frame of the Alpine Space project X-RISK-CC and in accordance with the service specifications.
The contractor’s work shall be carried out in close coordination with the client (Environment Agency Austria / Umweltbundesamt GmbH). The language of both publications is English.
The subject matter of the contract is described in detail in the service specifications provided below.
Submission of proposal
We request proposals that includes the costs for design and layout of both publications, additional costs for barrier-free accessibility, and any extra costs for additional pages and / or graphical objects.

Expected deliverables are two PDF documents (publication #1: about 45 pages; publication #2: about 45 pages plus annex) for online distribution.
The client will provide the content for publication #1 not later than the 23rd of December 2025 and the content of publication #2 not later than the 5th of January 2026.
The final delivery (both publications) by the service provider is expected not later than 27th of January 2026.
