Successful Partner Meeting in Heilbronn for HumanFactor

Dec 19, 2025

On 17 December 2025, partners of the HumanFactor – Interreg Alpine Space project gathered in Heilbronn, Germany, for a full-day consortium meeting marking an important milestone after nearly one year of implementation.

The meeting provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on progress so far, review risk management, and ensure alignment on key administrative, financial, and communication aspects of the project. Through a combination of strategic discussions and interactive workshops, partners also advanced several core project components, including the Skillbox / Compass, training sessions, the Community of Practice, and the Expert Pool & Mentoring Network.

A strong focus was placed on co-designing the next steps, clarifying roles, and setting timelines for the coming months, ensuring a shared vision and clear priorities for the next phase of implementation.

The consortium warmly thanks the Intersectoral School of Governance Baden-Württemberg for hosting the meeting in Heilbronn, as well as all partners for their active engagement and constructive contributions. The HumanFactor partnership brings together the Bundesministerium für Land- und Forstwirtschaft, Regionen und Wasserwirtschaft, Intersectoral School of Governance Baden-Württemberg, Protect Our Winters Austria, and Oxalis SCOP.

The meeting also marked a special moment to congratulate Annika Greiser on the successful completion of her apprenticeship as a working student with Helen Lückge. The consortium wishes her every success in her future professional journey.

With renewed momentum, clear priorities, and concrete actions agreed, the HumanFactor project now moves confidently into its next phase, continuing its collaborative work across the Alpine Space.
