Final Conference in Vesoul

Jul 21, 2026

The OUT4INGOV project partners gathered in Vesoul, France, for the project’s final conference, hosted by the City of Vesoul. As one of the project’s pilot areas, Vesoul has worked on addressing youth migration challenges by establishing a Youth Observatory and data centre to better understand young people’s needs, aspirations, and mobility patterns.

The conference brought together project partners, stakeholders, local authorities, and regional actors to reflect on the project’s achievements, present its final outcomes, and discuss lessons learned from the pilot activities. Participants also explored how the developed governance mechanisms and tools can support mountain territories in creating attractive living conditions and opportunities for young people.

While the OUT4INGOV project will officially conclude in August, its results will continue to guide future work. Project partners remain committed to exchanging experiences, building on the project’s findings, and supporting the development of vibrant, resilient, and attractive mountain communities across the Alpine region.
