• Discuss the role of technology in creating a more humane workforce.
• An interactive activity to identify participants' needs and expectations regarding technology in the workplace

14:40 – 15:00 Artificial intelligence in the workplace, Aleš Pevc
• Presentation of AI use cases that improve work efficiency and employee-friendly environment.
• A brief analysis of the advantages and challenges of implementing AI in various industries.

15:00 – 15:10 Short Break
15:10 – 15:50 Use of AI tools
• Demonstration and workshops on the practical use of AI tools to improve work processes.
• Teamwork, where participants in small groups develop ideas for using AI in their organizations.
• Feedback and exchange of opinions between participants and the facilitator.
