The range of efficiency-enhancing digital methods—especially for the planning and construction phase—is continuously growing and becoming more sophisticated. For technology-oriented practitioners to apply the full spectrum of resource-saving tools for circular economy, CO₂ reduction and climate protection, the strategic decisions must already be set by those who lead projects and define goals and strategies—the project owners. An additional benefit: as digital maturity increases, cost certainty in projects improves significantly.
To ensure that investors have the necessary knowledge and can consider new possibilities and processes already during project initiation, our project partner Digital Findet Stadt invites to the Bau Invest Lounge on 20 November 2025.
