Following an introduction to the concept of the circular economy and a showcase of best practice examples from the food sector and other industries, students will be tasked with redesigning a physical product to align with circular principles. Proposed solutions are expected to include approaches such as shifting from product ownership to rental models and incorporating biobased materials into product design.
