Jul 1, 2025

On June 19, 2025, the city of Aix-en-Provence (France) hosted the Technical Day on Risks and Territories, titled “Adaptation to Climate Change and Natural Risks: Prevent, Organize, and Bounce Back.”

The event was organized by CEREMA, the French public center for studies and expertise on risks and urban planning. This national gathering brought together nearly 120 key stakeholders involved in risk prevention, including representatives from local and national authorities, consulting firms, associations, and academic institutions.

The main objective of the event was to share concrete examples and good practices in adapting to climate change and mitigating natural risks.

Grenoble-Alpes Métropole actively participated in the event by presenting the ADAPTNOW project and its outcomes. Through its presentation of the Risks & Resilience Network, the Métropole highlighted the actions implemented as part of the project, contributing to the wider dissemination of ADAPTNOW’s innovative approaches and results.
