CEFoodCycle Showcases Circular Innovation at 25 Years Alpine Space Anniversary

The CEFoodCycle research team proudly joined the 25 Years Interreg Alpine Space anniversary celebration, presenting an interactive and engaging booth centered around the theme “circular testing and tasting.”

Visitors had a chance to explore innovative approaches to closing food cycles through circular economy principles. Attendees tested and feedbacked our foodcycle.ai tool that is developed within the CEFoodCycle project. The tool showcases different solutions for surplus food and supports the connection of different stakeholders across the food value chain.

Furthermore, visitors tasted circular food products from best practice companies within the Alpine Space region. The tasting experience facilitated inspiring talks and connections.
