On May 28th, 2025, the H2MA project partners organised the event “H2-Fachdialog: Regional Hydrogen Use for Mobility Applications” in Freiburg im Breisgau, hosted by badenova AG & Co. KG.
The event was part of the H2MA project’s capacity-building and stakeholder engagement activities, and aligned with Activity 3.3 (training) and Activity 3.4 (matchmaking) of the project.
Around 30 participants attended the workshop, including public authorities, energy and transport agencies, research institutions, hydrogen infrastructure providers, and companies engaged in sustainable mobility.
The agenda combined knowledge-sharing and interactive exchange, with expert contributions from:

This event supported training efforts by disseminating key knowledge and tools developed within the H2MA project, while also facilitating matchmaking among regional stakeholders, thereby paving the way for potential cooperation agreements and the emergence of local green hydrogen mobility ecosystems.
The strong regional participation confirmed the relevance of hydrogen in the energy transition and mobility decarbonisation in the Alpine Space.
