NEB Junction, the New European Bauhaus (NEB) Hub for results and impact, has opened applications for its first online Stakeholder Assembly. The initiative is highly relevant to the thematic focus of the BAUHALPS project, as it brings together stakeholders across the built environment, cultural and creative sectors, community development and sustainability.
The Stakeholder Assembly is designed as an inclusive online forum for public authorities, researchers, creative professionals, construction and built-environment actors, civic organisations, youth and emerging professionals who want to help shape the future implementation of the New European Bauhaus.
Why Participate?
Participants will engage in facilitated online discussions to:

explore key NEB Junction themes,
-
exchange perspectives across sectors and disciplines,
-
co-create practical recommendations for NEB Junction’s platform, tools and policy outputs.
All discussions will be synthesised into a public summary of recommendations. Participants will be acknowledged in the report unless they request anonymity.
Assembly Dates
The Assembly will take place in three identical online turns. Applicants choose one turn and commit to attending the full session:

Turn 1: 29–30 January 2026, 10:00–13:00 CET

Turn 2: 4–5 February 2026, 13:00–16:00 CET

Turn 3: 7 February 2026, 10:00–16:00 CET (Saturday)
Who Can Apply?
Applications are open to anyone active or interested in the New European Bauhaus, including:

public authorities at local, regional and national levels,

architects, planners, designers, engineers and researchers,
-
cultural and creative professionals and institutions,
-
construction and built-environment actors, including SMEs,
-
civic organisations, community groups and social-economy actors,
-
youth and emerging professionals who wish to contribute to NEB.
The selection process ensures balance across geography, gender, age, background and sector, with preference for newcomers and underrepresented regions.
