Mapping digital transformation in the construction and real estate sector
The BAUHALPS project partner Digital Findet Stadt GmbH is conducting an online survey as part of the annual Technology Report on the digitalisation of the construction and real estate sector 2025.
The survey aims to capture the current state and future outlook of digital technologies in the construction sector by collecting insights directly from companies and practitioners. It focuses on key digital technologies and their practical application, providing a realistic picture of how digital transformation is being implemented across the industry.
The results of the survey contribute to a comprehensive technology report that supports research, innovation and strategic decision-making in the construction and real estate sector. Topics addressed through the survey are closely aligned with the objectives of the BAUHALPS project, particularly in relation to digital innovation, data-driven decision-making and the development of sustainable and resource-efficient approaches in the built environment.
Participation in the survey is voluntary, fully anonymous and takes approximately ten minutes. Upon request, participants receive a free copy of the Technology Report as well as an individual benchmarking analysis comparing their organisation with sector trends.
Stakeholders from the construction and real estate sector are invited to take part in the survey and contribute their expertise to shaping future digital innovation pathways.
Interested organisations and professionals are encouraged to join the survey.
