We are currently looking for an intern (100%) to support the Joint Secretariat (JS) in its day-to-day activities in Salzburg, Austria. The intern will in particulare support the communication manager performing the following tasks, among others:

• Development of project communication tools (e.g. website, visibility requirements, drafting of short project descriptions);
• Website’s update (events and news section);
• Social media management (e.g. to promote projects’ results,incl. drafting short texts, selecting visuals, etc.)s;
• Support communication on project level, notably by guiding and training project managers to plan and implement their communication activities;
• Proofreading and drafting content for publications and newsletter;
• Event organisation (e.g. 25 years anniversary, online seminars, on-site trainings for project partners, networking event): planning, roll-out and post-processing
