Thema der Veranstaltung ist es, aufzuzeigen, wie emergente Technologien, Digitalisierung und New-Work-Ansätze die Verwaltung flexibler und effizienter gestalten können sowie deren Mitarbeitende kreativer und innovativer werden lassen. Damit entstehen neue Perspektiven für ein zukunftsorientiertes „Smart Government“. Das Landhaus in Bregenz – das Herzstück der Vorarlberger Landesverwaltung – verbindet Tradition mit Fortschritt und veranschaulicht, wie die digitale Transformation und New-Work Methoden den öffentlichen Sektor nachhaltig verändert.

Smart Governance: Digitalization and New Work at the Office of the Vorarlberg Government
The aim of the event is to show how emerging technologies, digitalization and new work approaches can make administration more flexible and efficient and make its employees more creative and innovative. This creates new perspectives for a future-oriented “smart government”. The Landhaus in Bregenz - the heart of the Vorarlberg state administration - combines tradition with progress and illustrates how digital transformation and New Work methods are changing the public sector in the long term.
