How to implement a bottom-up approach to mainstream the Green Infrastructures in the Alps? FRACTAL aims to involve local stakeholders in collecting activities and ideas to implement GIs at the local scale. Each one of us can make a difference by being active and responsible for a common vision of the future and the GIs network in the place we live. The 1° FRACTAL workshop is planned in Fiavè - Valle delle Giudicarie in Italy. Citizens, researchers, farmers, young people and administrators will spend a day together to set the scene of the GIs in the valley and to discuss how to build up a realistic and future-oriented GI-Pact.
