The workshop begins with a keynote on the circular economy as a business model, highlighting how circular principles can drive innovation and sustainability.
Participants then collaborate in open groups to develop circular business models for their by-product ideas. Guided by an expert, the goal is to find practical ways to return these by-products to the value chain, creating value and reducing waste.
