Local Workshop on Youth Migration Dynamics in the Trention Region and the Development of Youth Networks
When? Feb 6th, 2026, 17:30
Target group: administrators and stakeholders of the Cembra Valley
On February 6, 2026, at 5:30 pm, in the council chamber of the Municipality of Cembra-Lisignano, there will be a workshop of the Interreg Alpine Space OUT4INGOV project aimed at administrators and stakeholders of the Cembra Valley to present the dynamics of youth migration in Trentino and to develop new networks.
During the workshop, the objectives of the OUT4INGOV project and its progress will be presented by the Territorial Cohesion Office of the PAT.
The workshop will then move on to a detailed analysis of the current migration situation in Trentino, led by Frederic Spagnoli, professor at the Université de Franche-Comté in Besançon, France.
Following this, Sabrina Berlanda and Maria Nardello, researchers at the Franco Demarchi Foundation, will present their report on "New Youth Emigration: A Research Study on the Phenomenon and Its Impact on the Trentino Region."
The second part of the workshop will focus on networks as tools and virtual meeting places for Trentino residents around the world to share their expertise.
Lorenza Fracalossi and Antonella Giordani of the PAT will present the Mondo Trentino Village platform, the official community of Trentino residents
and women, and the development of a section of the MTV platform dedicated to the OUT4INGOV project.
Finally, community worker Tommaso Pasquini, responsible for animating the youth network in the Cembra Valley, will give us an overview of the current development and future prospects.
