Description

How can mountain resorts navigate the complex path of transition — balancing tourism, climate change, local identity, and sustainability?

After nearly three years of intensive work in the field and close collaboration with a network of mountain resorts, the TranStat project is reaching its conclusion. To share the insights, learnings, and results of this journey, we warmly invite you to the TranStat Final Webinar.

Open to all and held online, the webinar will take place on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM.

During the session, we will:

  • highlight how the participatory, inclusive TranStat approach was implemented in the Living Labs;
  • explore the transition from a Social Network Analysis (SNA) to the creation of local governance structures that can drive and sustain transformation;
  • discover the value of a shared, systemic territorial diagnosis, enabling stakeholders to collectively recognize local assets, challenges, and co-create future scenarios for tourism and regional development;
  • gain insights into key policy recommendations, shaped by both intra- and ultra-regional perspectives.

Please mark your calendars – we look forward to welcoming you online to share experiences, exchange ideas, and discuss the concrete impacts of TranStat.
