The CEFoodCycle initiative recently took part in a major event on the circular economy in food production at the Biotech Campus Tulln. This meeting brought together various experts and organizations committed to sustainability in the food industry. Our representative from the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, Reinhard Portenkirchner, led valuable discussions and explored possible collaborations and innovative approaches to the circular economy in food production. The event served as an important platform for exchanging ideas, networking and discovering new tools and methods relevant to CEFoodCycle’s mission. Overall, it was a productive and insightful experience that further strengthened our commitment to sustainable food systems.
