On March 5th professionals from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the textile and food industries, alongside scientific experts, came together to explore the intersection of circular economy principles and artificial intelligence. Hosted by Interreg Danube Region Project DECIDE and Interreg Alpine Space Project CEFoodCycle, this dynamic workshop highlighted how sustainability and economic success can complement each other. The event was part of salz21, a leading expo and conference focused on future-driven innovations.
