On February 5-6, 2025, the HACK-IT-NET partners convened in Klagenfurt, Austria, for the 2nd Steering Committee (SC) Meeting, an essential moment to review progress, refine strategies, and advance key project initiatives.
During the working sessions, partners focused on multi-stakeholder engagement and the sustainability charter, essential for ensuring long-term impact. Discussions centered around:
š¹Developing a framework for stakeholder engagement within the three pilot arenas: CAREavan, STEMlab, and POLICYparley.
š¹Refining methods and use cases for stakeholder involvement.
š¹Establishing feedback loops and sustainability indicators to ensure the project’s long-term success.
š¹Planning upcoming HACK-ITathons, innovation-driven events tackling key Health & Care challenges.
Moreover, partners strategized on boosting project visibility, particularly at local level through:
š¹Partner contributions, including pilot descriptions and multilingual media content
š¹Future Town hall event summaries, infographics, and interviews
š¹Future HACK-IT-athon, focus groups and town halls to drive innovation and enforce the health stakeholders ecosystems

The meeting reinforced the collective commitment of HACK-IT-NET partners to driving innovation, collaboration, and sustainability in the Alpine Space.
