š Exciting news from Natural Fibre Connect 2024 in Biella, Italy! š
ā¶ The European wool industry is a rich blend of tradition, diversity, and innovation. To strengthen cross-border collaboration in Europe, Natural Fibre Connect and Collectif Tricolor have initiated a European Wool Network. This network will encourage dialogue, sharing best practices, and developing joint projects to promote sustainable and innovative approaches within the wool sector.
š The initiative officially launched on September 20th in Biella, a world-renowned textile hub with a rich heritage of craftsmanship to draw inspiration and leverage for future collaboration and a circular approach for the whole value chain.
š„ The talk was led by Noelie Mochen, Responsible Sourcing Manager at LVMH, and Pascal Gautrand, General Delegate of the Collectif Tricolor, who also distributed a questionnaire intended to define avenues for concrete collaboration between the players in the sector. In attendance, there was also our Diego Rinallo, Ph.D. from emlyon business school on behalf of #AlpTextyles and Patrizia Maggia for Agenzia Lane dāItalia.
