As part of the Interreg CEFoodCycle project, the LifeCycleAssessment tool foodcycle.ai is being developed to help companies deal efficiently with surplus food and food by-products. foodcycle.ai offers practical solutions for surplus food or food by-products. Trends such as reuse or upcycling, passing on to food banks, use for non-food products or the production of biogas are addressed by foodcycle.ai.
