Barbara Černič Mali and Barbara Kostanjšek, members of the Slovenian PP in the INTESI project, University of Ljubljana - Biotechnical Faculty - Department of Landscape Architecture, presented the results of the INTESI WPT2 Pilot Activities (that were taken out in PA of Idrijsko-Cerkljansko) at the 6th Moravian Conference on Rural Research EURORURAL ’18 - “European Countryside and its Perception” which took place from 3rd to 7th of September at Mendel University in Brno.

The conference paper Barbara Černič Mali has presented was titled “The elderly: An almost forgotten population in the regional provision of services of general interest?” and was presented in Session 3 (Wednesday, September 5) of the conference with the topic of Human and Social Capital.

The conference paper Barbara Kostanjšek has presented was titled “The current challenges and and future alternatives of supplying remote areas with basic goods” and was presented in Session 2 (Tuesday, September 4) of the conference with the topic of Economy.

The EURORURAL conference was organised by the Department of Applied and Landscape Ecology, Faculty of AgriSciences, Mendel University in Brno. The conference was aimed at a relatively complex view of rural problems from various perspectives and expertises (ecology, geography, demography, sociology, economy, territorial planning) and at research of specific problems in detail.
